7 Front Squats - 225/155 lbs
14 Pull ups
21 Push ups


Gymnastics

1) 10 Strict Weighted Pull ups + 10 Kipping Toes to Bar - 4 rounds

2) Ring Teeter Totter (tuck position) - 5 x 6 seconds
* Hold front lever for 6 sec and then pull to a back lever for 6 sec
