1) 5-3-1 Snatch - week 6

2) Overhead Squat - work up to a heavy single

3) Partner Deadlift - pracitce, 225 lbs and 315 lbs


Gymnastics

1) 5 Strict HSPU + 5 Kipping HSPU - 5 rounds (2" deficit)

2) 20 Hollow Rocks + 20 Arch Rocks - 4 rounds
